Objetivo del Rol
Liderar y optimizar la gestión del crédito para el portafolio de Flotas (clientes con exposiciones superiores a USD 1M), asegurando decisiones ágiles, estructuradas y alineadas a políticas internas, con el fin de mantener un portafolio sano y soportar el crecimiento del negocio.
Responsabilidades Clave
Liderazgo y gestión de equipo
Coordinar y administrar la carga de trabajo del equipo de analistas de crédito, asegurando eficiencia operativa, cumplimiento de tiempos de respuesta y altos estándares de calidad.Toma de decisiones de crédito
Supervisar y validar decisiones de crédito conforme a políticas internas, garantizando estructuras financieras sólidas que minimicen el riesgo para la compañía.Gestión y monitoreo de portafolio
Analizar de manera continua el portafolio de clientes de flotas para identificar riesgos potenciales y definir estrategias oportunas de mitigación.Relación con negocio
Actuar como socio estratégico del área comercial y distribuidores, brindando soporte ágil mediante visitas a clientes, participación en ferias y acompañamiento en negociaciones clave.Gobernanza y comités
Preparar, sustentar y presentar operaciones ante comités de crédito (locales y RCRC), facilitando la toma de decisiones informadas.Mejora continua y proyectos
Participar activamente en iniciativas y proyectos estratégicos que fortalezcan los procesos y herramientas del área de crédito.Desarrollo de talento
Capacitar, desarrollar y fortalecer las competencias técnicas y analíticas del equipo, promoviendo una cultura de alto desempeño.
Perfil del Candidato
Formación académica
- Licenciatura en Finanzas, Economía, Contabilidad o áreas afines.
Idiomas
- Inglés avanzado (bilingüe).
Experiencia
- Mínimo 2 años en empresas de financiamiento o sector financiero.
- Experiencia comprobable liderando equipos de trabajo.
Conocimientos técnicos
- Análisis e interpretación de estados financieros.
- Evaluación cuantitativa y cualitativa de riesgos crediticios.
- Estructuración de créditos y toma de decisiones basada en riesgo.
- Conocimiento de variables demográficas aplicadas al crédito.
