- Diagnosing lawn concerns and recommending solutions

- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and operate equipment safely
- Ability to stay productive and meet performance goals
Experience in lawn care is a plus — but not required. We’re willing to train the right person with the right mindset, attitude, and willingness to grow.
