We are currently seeking a highly organized and dependable Delivery & Install Manager to join our team at our Stones River headquarters.
Position Summary
The Delivery & Install Manager oversees the coordination and execution of hot tub and sauna deliveries and installations. This role serves as a key connection between the sales team, customers, scheduling staff, and subcontractors to ensure projects are completed efficiently, professionally, and on schedule.
The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, customer-focused, and comfortable managing multiple moving parts in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Oversee scheduling operations and coordinate delivery and installation timelines
- Contact customers after the sale to confirm delivery details and installation expectations
- Coordinate and communicate with subcontractors to ensure timely and high-quality service
- Ensure all logistics and preparation for deliveries and installations are properly arranged
- Track and maintain accurate project schedules, records, and timelines
- Work closely with sales and operations teams to ensure smooth project execution
- Resolve scheduling or service issues in a professional and customer-focused manner
- Maintain clear communication with customers, team members, and leadership throughout the process
Qualifications
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Demonstrated accountability and follow-through
- Previous project management, logistics coordination, or subcontractor management experience preferred
- Experience in the pool, spa, construction, or home services industry is a plus
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Willingness to work overtime as needed, including Saturdays
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening
