What’s the role?
As a key team member, you will ensure a seamless customer experience by managing bookings, coordinating schedules, and supporting jobs from enquiry through to completion. Other key responsibilities include:
Handling customer enquiries, bookings, and providing accurate quotes
Coordinating technician schedules to ensure timely job completion
Keeping customers informed with regular updates on their vehicles
Liaising with workshop staff, Site Managers, and Technicians to resolve scheduling issues
Escalating service delays or concerns where required
Providing general administrative support while upholding ADAS service standards

ADAS is looking for our next Customer Service Officer to bring a self-motivating, can-do attitude when connecting with customers, team members and suppliers. We’re looking for Technicians that:
Service advising or customer service/scheduling experience (automotive preferred)
Strong communication skills and confident phone manner
Proficient in Microsoft Office with accurate data entry skills
Well‑organised, able to manage bookings end‑to‑end
Knowledge of motor vehicles or parts (advantageous)
Committed to delivering excellent customer service
