As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, your mission is to identify, attract, assess, and hire exceptional talent while delivering an outstanding candidate and hiring manager experience. You’ll partner closely with leaders across the organization to execute disciplined hiring processes, uphold a high bar for talent, and help build the teams that drive our success.

You’ll partner closely with leaders across the organization to execute disciplined hiring processes, uphold a high bar for talent, and help build the teams that drive our success.
What that means day-to-day:
- Hire exceptional talent. You’ll partner with hiring managers across multiple business units to identify, assess, and hire top talent across a wide variety of roles in sales, marketing, engineering, operations, and finance.
- Create a great hiring experience. You’ll help ensure candidates and hiring managers have a smooth, professional, and engaging experience throughout the recruiting process. From first outreach to offer acceptance, you’ll help make every interaction count.
- Build strong recruiting partnerships. You’ll work closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, share candidate insights, and help guide thoughtful hiring decisions. As you grow in the role, you’ll develop into a trusted recruiting partner across the organization.
- Build talent pipelines. You’ll proactively source and engage candidates for both current openings and future hiring needs. Through networking, referrals, and relationship-building, you’ll help create sustainable talent pipelines that support our continued growth.
What you’ll need to be successful:
- Adaptability. You thrive in a changing environment and stay positive when priorities, processes, or business needs evolve. You can quickly adjust and keep moving forward.
- Curiousity. You love learning about people, businesses, and new roles. One week you might be recruiting for a Customer Support Specialist, and the next a Software Engineer or Finance professional. You’re energized by variety and eager to understand how each role fits into the overall organization and mission of our business
- Ownership-mindset. You take responsibility for your work, follow through on commitments, and proactively solve problems before they become bigger issues.
- Effective relationship builder. You enjoy connecting with people, building trust, and communicating clearly. Candidates and hiring managers alike appreciate your responsiveness, professionalism, and follow-through.
