High School Consumer Banking Apprentice

First Merchants Bank is seeking a Consumer Banking Apprentice to join our team! The Consumer Banking Apprenticeship Program offers insight and hands-on experience across all areas and levels of the bank. This unique opportunity allows students to explore the full range of careers in banking, far beyond the traditional teller role. Apprentices follow a structured pathway toward a rewarding future in financial services, learning about customer service, lending, operations, compliance, and more. The Consumer Banking Apprenticeship is in partnership with the Financial Services Academy (fsaindiana.org), which is part of the new Indiana Career Apprenticeship Pathway (indianacap.org). This opportunity is open to High School students only and is part of the INCAP program and schedule.
