As Head of Technical Deployment EMEA, you will own the full lifecycle of how Planhat deploys for its most complex customers:
Manage, grow, and coach your team of Technical Deployment Specialists
Design and evolve the end-to-end deployment lifecycle, from discovery and scoping to integration, configuration, and go-live
Build repeatable frameworks: playbooks, templates, and scalable processes to drive quality and speed
Partner cross-functionally with CS, Sales, and Product to align customer deployment strategy with business goals
Act as a technical architect in complex deployments, integrating with customer data systems, building automations, and ensuring robust data flows
Lead process improvements to reduce deployment time, optimize resource utilization, and boost customer satisfaction
Track and report on deployment metrics: team capacity, utilization, customer outcomes, and deployment velocity
