Job Description
As part of our continued focus on future growth, we’re looking for a passionate and strategic HR Business Partner to join our team—supporting our sites in Fresno, CA, Hayward, CA, Gardena, CA, Tempe, Arizona and Denver, Colorado. This role will primarily focus on partnering with hourly and field service employees and their leadership teams across multiple plants, ensuring compliance with labor laws, driving employee engagement, and fostering proactive people management practices. This role will involve travel. Approximately 4 times per year spending approximately 3-4 nights during each trip. The role is a hybrid role.
