🛠️ Programme Structure

📆 Practice Rotations (Sept 2026 – Sept 2027)

Spend 12 months rotating across high-impact teams in various practice areas.
You’ll gain broad exposure to Mercer’s diverse consulting practices, building critical skills through real client projects, internal initiatives, and mentoring.
 

💼 High performers may be offered full-time positions at Mercer upon graduation.
Potential practices include:
