At ResMed, we help people sleep better, live better and feel their best. As a Sleep Coach, you’ll support customers on their sleep health journey in a professional, purpose-driven retail environment.
 

The role

Based in our Mitcham clinic, you’ll be the face of ResMed — delivering exceptional customer experiences while supporting positive outcomes and achieving sales results.
 

You’ll:

• Welcome customers, understand their needs and recommend tailored solutions
• Achieve individual and store sales targets in a supportive team environment
• Maintain store presentation, merchandising and stock control
• Build product knowledge through structured training
• Follow up with customers to build trust and long-term relationships
• Manage POS transactions, administration and equipment care

About you
 

You’re motivated, people-focused and enjoy helping others while achieving results.
 

You’ll bring:

• Experience in retail or customer service
• A sales-driven mindset balanced with empathy and care
• Strong communication and active listening skills
• Ability to stay calm and solutions-focused in a busy environment
• Confidence working toward goals or KPIs
   

Nice to have but not essential:

• Healthcare, pharmacy or medical experience
• Mandarin language skills are highly regarded
