This remote position, based in the Greater San Diego/Orange County area, requires weekly field travel within the assigned territory. The role is responsible for developing and managing strategic relationships with insurance agencies to drive profitable growth and maintain strong retention of existing business. The position evaluates and underwrites complex workers’ compensation risks, typically ranging from $75,000 to $500,000 in premium, exercising sound judgment within established authority levels. It also serves as a key liaison between agency partners and internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment and effective collaboration. In partnership with leadership, this role contributes to the development and execution of the territory’s strategic agency plan, aligning agency performance with broader organizational objectives.
