Established customer store routes
Home most nights with light weekly layovers
Late-model Kenworth and Freightliner equipment
Drivers looking for dedicated freight with established delivery schedules will appreciate the steady demand and clear day-to-day expectations this Southeast account provides. Consistent store routes, dependable dispatch planning, and regular home time help create a predictable work week.
About the Role
Flint Logistics is hiring experienced CDL-A truck drivers with at least one year of recent tractor-trailer experience and a valid Hazmat endorsement. This dedicated account delivers auto parts to closed retail locations using electric pallet jacks. Drivers typically complete 3 to 6 stops each day and around 30 unloads per week across five established delivery routes.
Route Details
Drivers average 1,700 to 1,800 miles each week while servicing eight retail locations throughout the Southeast. Deliveries are made during overnight hours using liftgate trailers, and every route includes detailed delivery instructions, store keys, alarm codes, and route information.
Home Time & Schedule
Most drivers are home most nights, with only one to two layovers during the week. Dispatch schedules may run Sunday through Thursday, Monday through Friday, or Tuesday through Saturday depending on freight needs. Weekend routes are generally lighter, helping support a consistent work-life balance.
Pay Structure
Drivers earn $1,315 to $1,515 per week through a combination of mileage pay, $30 stop pay, and a minimum weekly guarantee when the full work schedule is completed.
A $500 sign-on bonus is paid during the second week. Drivers delayed by equipment breakdowns or assigned yard or office duties receive $17 per hour after the first two hours.
Equipment
Operate 2018 or newer Kenworth and Freightliner trucks governed at 65 MPH. Depending on the assigned route, drivers may occasionally operate a sleeper truck or box truck.
Qualifications
• Minimum 12 months of recent CDL-A tractor-trailer experience
• Valid Hazmat endorsement and ability to work overnight schedules
• Comfortable unloading freight using electric pallet jacks and liftgate equipment
