The Vice President of Commuter Rail Operations is a transformational executive leadership role responsible for shaping the future of commuter rail at CapMetro by leading the transition to a directly operated rail organization. This leader will drive safe, reliable, and customer-focused service while building the operational, workforce, and performance foundations for long-term success. As a key member of the executive team, the VP will also strengthen strategic rail partnerships and maximize the value of CapMetro’s rail infrastructure and investments.
