Job Description
Experience:
- Two years experience in sales, customer service, collections or related call center experience preferred
- Bi-Lingual (Spanish/English)
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate or Bachelor degree preferred
Skills:

- Good follow up skills
- Persuasive negotiation skills
- Microsoft Windows and Internet-based applications experience required
- Basic typing/data entry skills
- Strong ability to identify potential loss situations and make appropriate recommendations to mitigate loss.
