Pay: Starting at $40/hour + aggressive bonus structure

We are seeking a motivated, experienced Admissions Coordinator/Manager to lead our admissions process and support facility growth. This role is essential in creating a smooth, welcoming experience for residents and families while building strong referral relationships and driving census growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full admissions process from initial inquiry through admission
- Evaluate prospective residents for clinical and financial eligibility
- Collaborate with nursing, case management, and leadership to ensure appropriate admissions
- Track real-time bed availability and coordinate room assignments
- Verify insurance benefits and complete all required documentation
- Serve as a primary point of contact for residents, families, and referral partners
- Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, physicians, social workers, and discharge planners
- Participate in outreach, marketing events, and community engagement
- Drive census growth through strong follow-up and service
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and all regulatory requirements
- Maintain accurate records and participate in daily team meetings
Qualifications
Required:
- High school diploma or GED
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Preferred:
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare or related field
- 2+ years of admissions experience in a healthcare or skilled nursing setting
- LVN or RN license
