Role: Housekeeping Manager - Hampton Inn & Suites Chicago Medical District – UIC

What You’ll Do:
•Lead and inspire the housekeeping team to deliver spotless guest rooms and sparkling public spaces
•Hire, train, and develop team members — creating a positive, productive, and engaged culture
•Conduct daily inspections to ensure brand standards and cleanliness goals are exceeded
•Manage scheduling, inventory, and department budgets with precision and creativity
•Be the go-to partner for maintenance, front office, and operations to ensure a seamless guest journey
•Own guest satisfaction scores related to cleanliness — and celebrate success when your team shines!
Who You Are:
•A hospitality enthusiast with at least 2 years of experience in housekeeping or hotel operations, and previous leadership experience
•A hands-on, roll-up-your-sleeves kind of leader who sets the tone and leads by example
•Organized, detail-oriented, and driven to exceed cleanliness standards and guest expectations
•A great communicator who inspires your team and works well with cross-functional departments
•Someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and embraces the dynamic energy of hotel life
•Experience with Hilton or other branded select-service hotels is a bonus
