Job Description:
Responsible/accountable for day to day operations of a food service operation. Has basic cafeteria, food service, and cash register knowledge. Directs and supervises staff as defined by the Missouri Food Code and to accomplish all daily tasks.Education: ▪ Preferred: High School Diploma or Equivalent Experience: ▪ No Prior Experience Required ▪ Experience preferred: 2+ years supervisory Skills: ▪ Basic reading, writing, math, and computer skills ▪ Excellent communication skills ▪ Able to follow directions and work together as a team player ▪ Able to stand for long periods of time ▪ Able to climb, carry, pull, or push up to 50 pounds ▪ Able to move quickly ▪ Basic cash register ▪ Food safety and sanitation knowledge Licensure/Certification/Registration: ▪ N/A
