Maintenance Supervisor

Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor Reports to: Lodge Manager  Level: Hourly  Scope: Responsible for all preventative maintenance and building troubleshooting are completed in a quality and professional throughout the premises.     Primary Responsibilities:    • Foster a safe work environment that complies with building code and OSHA standards. • Adhere to MSDS/Chemical management standards for handling various cleaning chemicals. • Perform various carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting, and HVAC duties to maintain buildings and equipment operations. • Schedule and perform preventive maintenance procedures on building mechanical equipment.
