Government Affairs & Policy Intern

Metropolitan Family Services is seeking a Government Affairs intern who is passionate about policy and advocacy. The Government Affairs intern would be responsible for supporting the Government Affairs (GA) Department, projects, strategic initiatives, and assists the GA team by mobilizing and compiling resources, and communicating policy issues related to MFS’ strategic goals and constituencies. The ideal candidate is collaborative, creative, committed to learning, can efficiently prioritize, effectively communicates (in oral and written communications), and believes in the importance of building collective power to advance policy solutions and social justice.
