This is a deeply technical, product-focused engineering role where you will build the core “agent fleet” powering next-generation enterprise modernization. You will design and ship intelligent agents that analyze legacy systems, extract business rules, and orchestrate complex transformation workflows across large-scale enterprise environments. Rather than building traditional software components, you will create governed AI agents that operate on structured code intelligence graphs with traceability and auditability. The role combines strong backend engineering with applied AI systems, requiring daily work with Python and frontier LLMs. You will contribute directly to a product-led platform where agents themselves are the product, operating under strict governance and enterprise-grade reliability standards.
