Job Description
The primary function of the Communications and Referrals Coordinator is to provide stellar customer service and serve as primary liaison between all our contracted facilities, their staff members, as well as GuideStar Eldercare clinicians and leadership.
Success in this role requires excellent customer service skills. The ability to accurately manage a complex workload at a fast pace with strict attention to detail is critical.
Individual must be able to manage demanding workload with accuracy. Position requires excellent customer service skills with patients, their families, other staff, physicians, vendors, and the public.
