TEAM Industrial Services is seeking an experienced IRATA Level 3 Rope Access Safety Lead to support rope access operations and industrial projects in Sarnia, Ontario. This leadership role is responsible for overseeing safe execution of rope access activities, supporting field crews, and ensuring compliance with IRATA/TEAM’s rope access standards, client requirements, and company HSE policies. The ideal candidate is a strong field leader with proven industrial rope access experience, a safety-first mindset, and the ability to coordinate multi-discipline work scopes in refinery, petrochemical, and heavy industrial environments. This position plays a critical role in maintaining operational excellence while supporting TEAM’s commitment to safety, quality, and client service.
