In this role, you will not just process orders; you will serve as a vital operational strategist managing high-value, non-standard deals and revenue recognition alignment across a matrixed technology environment.
Key Exciting Responsibilities:
Facilitate the complex Quote-to-Order process by interfacing across sales, operations, legal, and finance to ensure seamless order fulfillment
Provide escalatory analytical and process support for complex, non-standard enterprise deals
Review contract booking submissions for accuracy, completeness, and strict alignment with corporate revenue recognition policies
Enforce standard operating procedures and compliance workflows while delivering a highly professional customer experience
Essential Skills & Experience:
2+ years of deal operations, order processing, or contract management experience within a technology, hardware, or software environment
Proven capability to manage multi-stakeholder approval workflows under tight timelines and pressure
Solid foundational understanding of contractual agreements, revenue recognition principles, and basic logistics
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with absolute discretion when handling sensitive financial data
Bonus Points For:
Hands-on technical proficiency with Salesforce.com, Google Suite, Excel, and Domo analytics dashboards
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a closely related commercial discipline
Logistics:
Location: Leeds, UK or Bodegraven, Netherlands - 4 Days in Office
Travel Requirement: 10%
