| POSITION: | Extended School Year (ESY) Transportation Assistant (School Bus Aide) - SUBSTITUTE (Temporary) (Multiple Openings) |
| LOCATION: | Transportation Department |
| AVAILABLE: | ESY runs for 5 weeks June 29, 2026 - July 30, 2026 Monday - Thursday |
| COMPENSATION: | $25.00 p/hour |
| HOURS: | Substitute - As Needed |
| DESCRIPTION: | CBSD is accepting applications for Substitute Transportation Assistants. The Transportation Assistant (School Bus Aide) will ride on a school bus and assist Special Needs students. Applicants must be in good physical condition as responsibilities include securing wheelchairs (including tie-downs), strapping a child into a safety vest and/or fastening a seat belt. Training provided. |
| REQUIREMENTS: | Applicants must be able to stoop, crawl, climb stairs and lift up to 50 pounds. Must have patience and enjoy working with children. |
