  About the Job   We’re changing the way people think about customer care, and we need your help!   We’re searching for a Human Resource Generalist to be responsible for compensation & benefits, employee relations, performance management and policy adherence. The ideal person will be passionate about contributing to our culture and the success of our employees.   This is a temporary contract to cover a maternity leave.   As Human Resources Generalist, You Will…   Be the first point of contact for employees by providing advice and counsel for matters relating to compensation, benefits, health and safety and employee relations Collect and analyze information including the recommending and approving courses of action as it relates to policy adherence, terminations, investigations, health and safety management, performance management and workforce management  Guide new hires with their onboarding and coordinate exit process for departing employees Ensure compliance with labor regulations Support program execution and implementation associated with people-related change initiatives and HR deliverables Design and facilitate HR related training programs to front-line management, support departments and hourly employees Produce accurate and relevant metrics and reports General office management and administration Perform special projects and other HR duties as assigned   As Human Resources Generalist, You Need…   High school diploma or equivalent (required) Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, CHRP Designation or in process (preferred) Minimum 2-4 years of HR experience in a fast-paced environment (must-have) Demonstrated expertise in developing and managing relationships with a variety of internal and external stakeholders Above-average verbal and written communication skills - ability to speak accurately, use proper grammar and good enunciation Strong analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills Ability to self-manage multiple tasks/duties in a fast-paced, dynamic and changing environment Strong knowledge of employment/labor laws/Ergani platform regulations Ability to effectively interact with employees at all levels of the organization and work with a variety of people from diverse backgrounds Ability to work independently and within a team A service-oriented attitude
