ASRC Federal Summer Internship at the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) in Oklahoma City, OK
ASRC Federal Advanced Research (AFAR) has a summer opening for an Engineering or Computer Science Intern in support of our FAA engineering program for the Second Level Engineering (SLE) Automation and Tools Team. Responsibilities:
Provide software and/or hardware support on a variety of projects
Utilize testing tools
Present project results to the team
Provide weekly status updates
Requirements:
US Citizenship or Permanent Residency required. All applicants must have resided in the United States for the past 3 years.
On-site presence will be as required by the FAA.
Ability to learn quickly
Interest in Aviation
Knowledge of the National Aerospace System is a plus
Ability to pass an FAA background investigation (US Citizenship or Permanent Residency required)
Education/Experience:
High School Diploma
Students in their Senior year are preferred with at least 72 credit hours
Currently pursuing a Bachelors of Science degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Engineering Technology, Computer Engineering or Computer Science from an ABET accredited university
