Head of Finance, APAC

Role Summary The WM APAC Division undertook a transformational restructure during 2025 in order to move to a largely sectorised go-to-market sales approach with the sales teams supported by Technical and Lifecycle services and Finance Business Compliance teams that operate across the Division via teams that cluster across geographic locations. The new structure will enable the Division to better support the future strategic growth ambitions of the WMFTS business. This role is a key leadership team position within the APAC Division. The APAC Head of Finance acts a true business partner to the APAC Divisional Director and their leadership team to ensure the Division is able to deliver their operational and financial objectives. The role is expected to provide both functional finance and compliance expertise, as well as a wider strategic business perspective, to the leadership team and play a key part in creating a strongly performing and highly collaborative Division. The role has five direct reports together with ultimate oversight of the APAC finance functional team (c.20 colleagues in aggregate).
