Proposals Manager

The Proposals Manager will be responsible for supporting requests across Advarra’s business lines for Requests for Proposals (RFPs), strategic partnership agreements, transactional proposals, and vendor assessments/security questionnaires. The right candidate will coordinate proposal-related functions including RFP distribution, proposal development and production, vendor assessment/security questionnaire management, presentation support and post submittal follow-up for new and existing business. This role will also be responsible for the development and maintenance of standard text for proposals and standard answers for vendor assessments/security questionnaires.
