Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

- Handle sourcing of DAC systems like Brakes, Suspension, Wiper, and Axle based on SOR and technical needs.

- Evaluate suppliers and carry out technical discussions to confirm feasibility.

- Manage TSO, APQP, PPAP, FTG planning, and ensure CMVR compliance.

- Define and execute Reliability and DVP&R plans; finalize warranty terms with suppliers.

- Start tooling activities and track development milestones to meet program timelines.

- Support Axle and e‑Axle development; apply casting, forging, and machining knowledge where needed.

- Resolve build issues and key NVH/quality problems by driving supplier corrective actions.
