We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Entry Level Communications Assistant to join our dynamic team. This role is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or someone early in their career looking to gain hands-on experience in the communications field. The successful candidate will work closely with the communications team to support a variety of projects aimed at enhancing internal and external communications, boosting brand awareness, and facilitating effective information flow within the organization. 

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the creation and distribution of internal and external communications materials.
  • Manage and update content on social media platforms and company websites.
  • Support the planning and execution of communication campaigns and events.
  • Draft, proofread, and edit press releases, newsletters, and other communications documents.
  • Monitor media coverage and prepare regular communication reports.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and basic knowledge of social media platforms.
