Full/Part-time Physical Therapist, Outpatient Therapy in the Home--Munster, IN & IL South Suburbs

This position provides outpatient quality physical therapy within the patient’s own home and acts as a liaison for physician practice to meet the therapy needs of patients. The position is best suited for an outgoing and self-motivated therapist. The position offers a high level of flexibility as well as autonomy to take ownership of a practice and offers a new standard of post-operative care. The position will afford the therapist to spend one on one time with patients and also the latitude to help grow a new service line. Candidate will require flexibility to travel to Munster IN and the South Chicagoland area including but not limited to Blue Island, Flossmoor
