Job Description
Position Overview:
The Inventory & Sourcing Analyst is responsible for supporting inventory accuracy, supplier analysis, material availability, and procurement data management across the Wikoff network. Reporting to the Procurement Manager, this role helps maintain ERP data integrity, investigate inventory discrepancies, monitor stock trends, and provide sourcing and inventory insights that support cost control, working capital reduction, and supply continuity.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform inventory reconciliations between physical counts and ERP records
Support cycle count programs and analyze count variances
Investigate inventory discrepancies and recommend corrective actions
Monitor slow-moving, excess, obsolete, and high-risk inventory trends
Maintain accurate inventory, supplier, pricing, and purchasing records in ERP
Prepare inventory, sourcing, supplier performance, and material cost reports
Support supplier analysis, RFQs, pricing comparisons, and sourcing recommendations
Collaborate with Operations, Planning, Procurement, Logistics, and Finance to resolve inventory and sourcing issues
Key Deliverables:
High inventory accuracy across assigned locations
Timely identification and resolution of inventory discrepancies
Reduced excess, obsolete, and slow-moving inventory levels
Improved visibility into supplier performance, material costs, and inventory risk
Accurate reporting to support financial close, operational reviews, and procurement decisions

Educational Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, Operations, or related field preferred
Associate’s degree or equivalent inventory, procurement, or supply chain experience accepted
Required Experience:
3–5 years of experience in inventory control, sourcing, procurement, supply chain analysis, or warehouse operations
Experience working with ERP inventory, purchasing, or MRP modules
Strong analytical and Excel skills
Understanding of cycle count procedures, inventory reconciliation, and stock control processes
Experience with supplier data, pricing analysis, RFQs, or purchasing support preferred
Strong attention to detail and cross-functional communication skills
