A rewarding opportunity currently exists for an experienced Project Manager to join our growing Community Aged Care team in a 12 Month Fixed Term Contract (Possibility of extension)
The position can be based in one of our offices in Brisbane, Sydney or Melbourne.
This will be a Hybrid position – working a mix of onsite and from home.
Lead the end-to-end delivery of key transformation initiatives across Community Aged Care, including system stabilisation, reform implementation, and national standardisation. This role drives integrated planning and execution across multiple workstreams, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and operational needs.
1. Project Planning & Delivery
- Lead the planning and delivery of reform initiatives within Community Aged Care, ensuring alignment with strategic and operational priorities
2. Analysis, Solution Design & Continuous Improvement
- Translate requirements into practical, actionable solutions, including service models and business processes
3. Risk, Issue & Performance Management
- Take accountability for addressing performance gaps and implementing corrective actions
4. Stakeholder Engagement & Cross-functional Leadership
- Lead collaboration across operations, finance, and technology teams to ensure aligned delivery
5. Implementation & Change Delivery
- Oversee implementation activities including planning, communications, training, and rollout
6. Governance, Reporting & Evaluation
- Prepare high-quality reporting, dashboards, and briefing materials to support oversight and decision-making
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience delivering complex projects or transformation initiatives
- Strong planning, risk, and stakeholder management capability
- Experience in process improvement and operational change delivery
- Sound understanding of governance, compliance, and regulated environments
- Excellent communication and influencing skills
Desirable:
- Experience in aged care, healthcare, or community services
- Knowledge of Support at Home Reform
- Relevant tertiary qualification in either Nursing, Allied Health, Business or related discipline (mandatory)
- Change management certification (desirable)
