Human Resources Specialist

The HR Specialist will be bilingual in French and English. They will be responsible for significantly serving CFP employees and supporting the Senior Human Resource Manager by managing key areas of the employee experience – including talent acquisition, employee relations, policy implementation and compliance. This role works closely with managers, employee and the HR team to ensure HR operations run smoothly and in alignment with company values and goals.
