Paralegal

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of complex insurance defense litigation experience and knowledge of both Federal and State Rules. Medical negligence, aging services, and general liability matters experience preferred. Additional requirements include but are not limited to: excellent verbal and written communication skills; understanding of legal language and principles, research methods, court pleadings and processes; excellent organizational skills with attention to detail; excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines; strong analytical and problem solving skills; ability to function well in a high-paced environment; and initiative to complete daily tasks.
