Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking an energetic French-speaking Customer Service Representative (level I). The right person enjoys a fast-paced environment, is a proactive problem solver, and strives to be an integral part of the team and the success of the company.The duties are a wide variety of administrative work and taking calls.
- Take inbound and outbound calls
- Process the incoming orders before 3PM (Incl. web orders)
- Create invoices
- Participate in CSR-teams meetings
- Ensure excellent service
- Escalate issues/complaints to the correct person/department if they cannot resolve it themselves
- Provide technical (product) support
- Keep the product & DAP knowledge updated by participating webinars/training
- Stay sharp on any leads or possible up-sell + cross sell possibilities
- Assign leads to the territory manager
- Proactive in finding improvements
- Translation of message templates (if in possession of any extra language skill)
- Achieve set KPI’s
- Process any other requests incoming via Teams or Email
- Supporting referral program(s)
Basic Qualifications
- Associate degree equivalent required
- 1> year experience in a Customer Service department; or something similar
- Ability to communicate professionally and effectively, both verbally and in writing
- Results-driven with the ability to make sound decisions and exercise good judgment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office required; experience with customer service or ticketing systems preferred
- Excellent organization, communication, interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to report to work in a timely manner in accordance with the assigned work schedule
- Make appropriate judgments, keeping customer service and time sensitivity a priority
- Professional appearance and attitude.

Compensation
32.500 - 37.500 Euro Annual
This position is eligible for a quarterly bonus, based on KPI's.
