IT Specialist

Shape Process Automation (SPA) is seeking an entry-level IT Specialist to support IT issues, requests, and projects across SPA North America, Canada, and global users in overlapping time zones. This role assists with maintaining SHAPE-wide and site-specific IT systems and tools, following established policies to support scalability and mitigate risk. The ideal candidate has a foundational understanding of ERP and CRM systems, is detail-oriented, eager to learn, and works well collaboratively with a positive, professional attitude.
