JDE Analyst

The IT JDE Analyst will assist in the design, development, upgrade, maintenance, and support of JDE and related interfaces and business systems, including document management, timekeeping, and reporting systems. They will serve as a conduit between business, IT, and external partners to collaborate on Oracle/JD Edwards ERP requirements, processes, documentation, and training. Additionally, the Analyst will work with all business areas to understand and capture high-level needs, deliver functional specifications, and develop best practice automated solutions. The Analyst will work with team members to troubleshoot complex hardware, software, and systems issues. This position reports to the ERP Systems Manager.
