Job Description
Provides phone and desktop support/consulting services and problem resolution. Images and Deploys computers for New Hires and Upgrades. Provides on-site desktop support services and problem resolution. Interfaces with other support groups to resolve problems. Troubleshoots routine to moderately complex desktop problems. Completes special projects and performs other duties as assigned. High School Diploma. Specialized training in PC/LAN Technology. 0 - 2 years experience.
