Manager in Training (MIT)

The Manager in Training (MIT) role is a 3–6 month rotational program designed to develop the next generation of leadership at SA Recycling. This position provides hands-on experience in every facet of scrap metal operations, from yard organization to administrative & financial management. Upon successful completion of the training, the MIT will transition into a management position, which will require travel to various yards.
