Security Guard - Behavioral Health - Full Time

The Security Guard is responsible for ensuring the safety and security of patients, staff, visitors, and property within a behavioral health facility. This role requires calm and compassionate responses to challenging situations, adherence to de-escalation techniques, and consistent enforcement of facility policies and procedures. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong judgment, communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a mental health care environment.
