
Coordinator II K12 Educational Development
Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and collaborative professional to support our K12 Educational Development team. This role serves as a key liaison, partnering with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate activities, streamline processes, and ensure the effective execution of programs and events. The ideal candidate will bring strong administrative experience, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accurate data and clear communication. This position plays an essential part in supporting department operations, enhancing coordination efforts, and contributing to a positive and productive team environment.
Primary Responsibilities /Accountabilities/ Essential Functions:
Partner, collaborate, and communicate with various internal and external contacts, or customers, to coordinate activities, promote and encourage cooperation of submission or collection of information/data, products or services or process improvement.
Assist with planning and organizing events initiated or hosted by K12 Educational Development, including preparation and coordination of details, logistical arrangements, timelines, communication, agendas, and accurately recording attendance at events.
Manage the flow of activities and acts as liaison to all others involved in the department
Input and maintain data into various software applications such as MS Excel, internal databases, expense accounting, procurement, MS Access, websites, social media or conference scheduling software.
Other duties as assigned.

Experience/Education
Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline (business, education, social science, etc.) from a regionally accredited institution.
2 years’ administrative professional work experience.
Experience in a K12 environment a plus.
An equivalent combination of directly related work experience and education from which comparable knowledge, skills and abilities have been achieved may be substituted upon supervisor’s approval.
Must be able to pass pre-employment background check.
