Job Description

  • Identify and prospect new business opportunities that results in new business 

  • Maintain records and reports in our CRM 

  • Actively develop and maintain a network of small and mid-size business owners 

  • Identify and establish potential channel partners 

  • Maintain and/or exceed monthly Key Performance Indicators 

  • Represent HR Solutions as the leading and best HR outsourcing provider

  • 3+ years of experience selling Payroll, PEO, EOR, Employee Benefits preferred 

  • Familiarity with HRM softwares or systems an added bonus 

  • Experience in a consultative sales role 

  • Past experience in working in a startup a plus 

  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales quotas

  • Quick thinking and problem solving skills
