Job Description
What You Will Do
- Analyze various data sets in order to develop market rate intelligence to be published in Magnit’s Market Rate Intelligence platform
- Work with clients to provide assistance and insights on how to best leverage the market rate intelligence available in the Magnit platform
- Conduct ad-hoc research in order to fulfill requests for intelligence in new and evolving markets around the globe
- Leverage the data sets available in the Magnit data ocean to develop rate cards and insights that help our customers attract and engage the best talent available
- Work proactively within the Compensation Analytics team and cross functionally with the data science teams to report any observed changes in market dynamics
What You Will Need
· Bachelor Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or Mathematics or equivalent years of experience
· 3-5 years of experience in Compensation, Human Resources or Recruiter specializing in contingent talent
· An analytical mind and inclination for problem-solving
· Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
· Excellent attention to detail
· Ability to work independently and across the organization
· Highly skilled in data analysis using excel, database analytics tools, and visualization platforms
Compensation: Salary range is $78,000 - $92,000 USD annually. Salary rates are based on experience, skills, and geographical location.
