Job Description/Preferred Qualifications
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with customers and internal cross-functional engineering teams to understand, gather, and translate requirements into effective solutions.
- Work with teams across different geographical zones (US, India, Isreal, Korea etc.) to develop and deliver software solutions.
- Serve as a liaison between customers and divisional engineering teams.
- Support and own software upgrades and releases.
- Support and take ownership of software escalations and troubleshooting at customer FABs.
- Travel frequently to other KLA sites and customer locations as needed.
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in programming fundamentals, in languages such as C++, C#, Java or Python etc.
- Understanding of data structures and algorithms.
- Good understanding of AI-assisted development tools.
- Capability to collaborate with hardware and systems/application teams to comprehend system requirements and translate them into software requirements and design.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills.
Minimum Qualifications
- Master’s degree with 1+ year experience.
- Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years’ experience.
