Responsibilities
Lead analytical activities supporting MSAT and manufacturing operations for the product group.
Coordinate analytical testing, method development, validation, and troubleshooting efforts.
Support technology transfer and process optimization with robust analytical data.
Collaborate with Quality and Manufacturing teams to investigate deviations and implement corrective actions.
Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
Train junior team members and facilitate skill development.
Report progress and analytical findings to management and stakeholders.
Key Decisions
Prioritize analytical tasks and resource allocation within the team.
Decide on escalation of analytical or quality issues.
Approve routine analytical documentation and method updates.
Recommend process improvements based on analytical insights.
Identify training and development needs for the team.
