What you´ll do Our Application Engineering Director is responsible for leading a team of field and lab application engineers that provide technical service, training, and valued-added product and equipment solutions to customers within our Metal Packaging market segment. Influences and executes the Metal Packaging business strategy in collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Business Development, Product Development, and other functions. Fosters a culture of accountability, collaboration, and entrepreneurial spirit in delivering results. Demonstrates cross-functional leadership in supporting Innovation, Sustainability, and Quality Complaint management. Main/lead technical liaison at Key Accounts and industry associations. Lead a team up to 7 engineers with responsibility for our application engineering lab Based in Madison Heights, MI with travel within US, Mexico, Canada up to 50% (Hybrid-role)
