Orthopedic Home PT - Bergen County JAG Physical Therapy is seeking to hire a skilled Physical Therapist specializing in orthopedic rehabilitation in the home setting for patients recovering from total hip/knee replacement surgeries. Our mission is to help patients regain mobility, strength, function and confidence in the comfort of their own homes with the focus of the continuity of care into our JAG Physical Therapy outpatient locations. This approach emphasizes not only physical recovery, but also the emotional and social benefits of re-engaging with the community.  We are looking for a compassionate and motivated physical therapist to join our team and make a difference in the lives of those recovering and returning to their prior level of function.
