This includes analyzing requirements, designing solutions, writing and testing code for multiple application components, and ensuring the software meets quality standards. The role also involves maintaining existing systems and implementing enhancements to improve functionality and performance, often collaborating with different teams to deliver effective software solutions.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of software components.
- Document technical specifications and maintain clear records of development activities.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance when needed.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Japanese Language.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Spring Boot, Java Full Stack Development.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail in software design and implementation.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment and communicate technical concepts clearly.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle and best practices for coding and testing.
- Experience in troubleshooting and debugging complex software issues.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Japanese Language.
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
