
Sr. Product Manager, JCI Measurement and Optimization Science Team (JCI MOST)
Job Description
Key job responsibilities
• Develop products and solutions essential to develop cost-to-serve measurement capabilities, partnering with Stores and Supply Chain teams, business SMEs and tech/science teams.
• Partner with science/tech teams to implement aligned product roadmap
• Identify business challenges/needs via deep-dives and propose future directions and necessary solutions.
• Define short-term and long-term vision/ roadmap
• Collaborate with Global partner teams to leverage existing global solutions + programs and develop / adapt new capabilities for JP Stores.

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders
- 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
- Experience owning feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
- Experience in using statistical analysis to identify issues or opportunities for improvement
- Fluency in Japanese
